Well we don’t know for sure if this is the case as 007 is no doubt abroad on a mission.
However as this is the 23th April and St George’s day, the Patron Saint of England - I am sure that 007 is having a Martini or two to celebrate this special day along with the rest of the English nation !!!
It does not happen often when you are 007 - but recently according to reports, the very talented but troubled British singer Amy Winehouse was invited to the 007 James Bond set to get inspiration for the Bond theme that she is currently writing - unfortunately, but not unexpectedly she never showed. A source close to Amy is quoted as saying that “It’s not easy getting Amy anywhere on time at the moment.”
Onlookers were possibly thinking they were watching a scene being filmed for the new James Bond movie - but how wrong they really were. Whilst on its way to the set in Italy, the driver of one the 5 DBS Aston Martins being driven to the set a Mr Fraser Dunn 29, of Leamington Spa, Warks, England crashed the luxury £134,000 Aston Martin DBS into Lake Garda, fortunately Mr Dunn only suffered minor injuries despite the roof being completely crushed. Mr Dunn was on his way to the set of the very latest and 21st Bond movie the “Quantum Of Solace ” which has just begun shooting.
Maybe a number of 007 fans will be surprised just how Ian Fleming’s famous fictional Agent 007 of Her Majesty’s Secret Service came into being.
It all came about whilst Fleming - a keen bird watcher - was living in his adopted home of Jamaica.
In his book collection he owned one in particular ” Birds of the West Indies ” written by a certain ” James Bond ” It did not take him long to realise that he had found the perfect name for his character, which he later explained was “brief, unromantic, Anglo-Saxon, and yet very masculine – just what I needed ” and the rest is history as they say.
Pierce BrosnanFollowing Sir Ian McKellen’s recent stint in Coronation Street, former Bond star Pierce Brosnan could be the next to star in a soap.
The 53-year-old has revealed that’s he’s keen to appear in ITV show ‘Emmerdale’, which is film in the Yorkshire Dales.

The Irish actor stars in at least two movies this year, dramas ‘Butterfly on a Wheel’ and ‘Married Life’.
Casino Royale failed to achieve any great success at the Baftas. Out of nine nominations, the James Bond movie won just one award, and that was for sound.
Actress Eva Green did though take an award home with her. The 26-year-old, who played Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale, was given ‘The Orange Rising Star’ award.
Daniel Craig was beaten to the Best Actor award by Forest Whitaker, for his portrayal of Idi Amin in The Last King Of Scotland.
Composer David Arnold missed out on the film music award to Babel director Gustavo Santaolalla.
Of course, Dame Judi Dench had no chance of snatching the best actress award from fellow Dame, Helen Mirren.
